Alkisah, pada suatu hari, dalam bulan April, 2009, hari Khamis, aku dan wife ber 'window-shopping' kat Alamanda Putrajaya. Tengah dok sibuk melayan Hasif Naufal, ternampak booth Sime Darby Property depan MPH. Kami pun saje je nak tengok2. Mana tau kot menarik. So, the agent, Nurul namanya (now dah quit Sime Darby) introduced herself and bagitau pasal project baru Sime Darby kat Nilai Impian, Warisan Villa namanya. Mixture between Semi-D and Bungalow. Baru pre-launch and official launching will be that coming Saturday. Design agak menarik and harga masih murah kalau nak compare dengan harge Semi-D kat tempat lain. Package pun menarik with 10% doscount for bumi lot and some rebate for early bird. Dipendekkan cerita, kami pun decided to view the show unit kat Nilai Impian. So, appointment was made later that night and the agent called me to meet her at the sales gallery.
So, pada pagi jumaat keesokannya, aku, my beloved wif and my lovely son (masa tu anak sorang je lagi), bersiap ke Nilai Impian. Apparently, Nilai Impian ni awal-awalnya dimajukan oleh Negara Properties. Now, Sime Darby Property own the place. The best part about Nilai Impian ni, the main entrance to the neighbourhood is just after Nilai-Pajam toll. And to add to the flavor, the housing area is just about 500m away from Nilai 3, i.e. Malaysia's famous wholesale market.

Jumpa dgn the property agent, Nurul. After that, we visited the show house and we were impressed with the home design and quality of the materials offered by the developer. Cuma ada 2 design, side-by-side or mirror-image and back-to-back. So, dipendekkan cerita, setelah perbincangan meja bulat, kami (me and wif of course) sebulat suara bersetuju untuk book bumi lot back-to-back type. Show unit takde lagi mase tu. The reason why we choose that unit is due to its unique concept. kalau tengok dari depan, the unit looks like a bungalow unit as the other unit is at the back. So, we will get a 'U' shape garden.

Progress of the project is good. Pemaju kata VP akan keluar dalam Q1 2011. So, less than 2 years lah from S&P. Misi seterusnya, untuk jual rumah kat Bandar Seri Putra. Agak baik jugak lah capital appreciation untuk rumah kat BSP tuh. So, insyallah kalau ada rezki, kalau rumah dah terjual, boleh jadi modal for other investment. Boleh buat modal untuk pegi HAJI...amin...
